EARCOS Member Schools comprise elementary and secondary schools of international character and which offer an educational program that is internationally minded in style and substance, delivering through the medium of the English language and appropriate for the ages, needs, and abilities of the students enrolled in the school.

Read first the following OUTLINE FOR THE EARCOS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION, the link to which is found below “STEP 5”.
Review the SCHOOL APPLICATION FORM, also found below. Read the application for membership form before completing it online. As noted, a PDF copy of the SCHOOL APPLICATION FORM is located below.
If you are sure your school meets all the required criteria to become a regular EARCOS member, you proceed to the online form <click here>. You will see following the confirmation checklist in Part I that you will need to complete the certifying statement and email Ms. Elaine Repatacodo email@example.com, New School Member Application Coordinator, your intention to submit the non-refundable fee of $250.00 (See STEP 4).
A non-refundable fee of $250.00 is necessary to begin application processing. Payment can be made through credit card, check or wire transfer. Payment must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank or a U.S. Money Order. Please make check payable to “EARCOS” and mail (We prefer that you send via regional courier service, e.g. DHL, FedEX, etc.) with the printed and completed certification found in Part I of the SCHOOL APPLICATION FORM (no fax please) to:

After payment has been received, Ms. Elaine Repatacodo will send you the secured link to complete the remaining portion of the SCHOOL APPLICATION FORM.
Note:It is very important that you already have all the required documents when completing the online form, as we will require you to upload all the supporting documents. We will not accept any email attachments. We ask that you follow the instructions on the SCHOOL APPLICATION FORM. The New School Member Application Coordinator will not accept attachments outside the parameters noted in the instructions. This expectation will make your application processing more fluid and efficient. All of your supporting documents will be linked directly to your application and ready for our review.
