A. Membership for Institutions and Organizations

1. Associate Institution Membership

Associate Institutional Members shall be those educational institutions, organizations and companies accepted by the Board of Trustees who are interested in supporting the purposes of EARCOS. Elementary and secondary schools are not eligible for Associate Institutional Membership. Associate Institutional Members are afforded all services of the Council except voting privileges.

Benefits include: Mailings such as the EARCOS Tri-Annual, EARCOS Directory, Sponsorship and advertising opportunity, and registration for annual EARCOS conferences at reduced rates.

First Year Membership Fee: USD $680.00
Membership Renewal Fee: USD $625.00

B. TERM OF MEMBERSHIP

The term of membership shall be annual from August 1st through July 31st. Dues are payable in full before September 1st each year.

C. POLICY OF PAYMENT

Annual dues for membership are payable in full by September 1. A 5% surcharge must be assessed for late payment. Payment must be made by a U.S. $ check or Credit Card payable to EARCOS. Check and Credit Card are the only means available for payment. U.S. $ checks drawn on foreign banks can be accepted if they are payable to or through a U.S. bank. Please send checks made out to EARCOS to EARCOS office ELC Bldg. Brentville Subd. Brgy Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna 4024 Philippines.

D: TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership shall cease in the following circumstances:

  1. Voluntary resignation in writing to the Executive Director; or
  2. Termination of Membership for cause, which shall be defined by the failure to abide by the provisions of the Council’s By-Laws and/or the EARCOS Membership Standards.
