A. Membership for Associate Individuals
Associate Individual Membership
Associate individual membership status is open to school heads and individual educational consultants.
Associate Individual Members shall be those Individuals, duly selected by the Board of Directors, who are interested in supporting the purposes of the Council. Associate Individual Members are accorded all services of the Council except voting privileges. Associate Individual Members will have only their name and address published in the EARCOS Directory.
Benefits include: Mailings such as the EARCOS Tri-Annual, EARCOS Directory, registration for annual EARCOS conferences at reduced rates.
Annual membership fee: U.S. $210.00

B. TERM OF MEMBERSHIP
The term of membership shall be annual from August 1st through July 31st. Dues are payable in full before September 1st each year.
C. POLICY OF PAYMENT
Annual dues for membership are payable in full by July 31. A 5% surcharge must be assessed for late payment. Payment must be made by a U.S. $ check or Credit Card payable to EARCOS. Check and Credit Card are the only means available for payment. U.S. $ checks drawn on foreign banks can be accepted if they are payable to or through a U.S. bank. Please send checks made out to EARCOS to EARCOS office ELC Bldg. Brentville Subd. Brgy Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna 4024 Philippines.
D: TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership shall cease in the following circumstances:
- Voluntary resignation in writing to the Executive Director; or
- Termination of Membership for cause, which shall be defined by the failure to abide by the provisions of the Council’s By-Laws and/or the EARCOS Membership Standards.
