A. Membership for Individuals
Individual Membership
Individual Membership provides an opportunity for professionals to remain connected with the EARCOS community, participate in professional learning, and engage with colleagues across the region.
Individual Membership is available to:
- Independent educational consultants whose professional activities support international education and align with the mission of EARCOS.
- Heads of School whose schools do not currently meet the eligibility requirements for Regular School Membership.
- Former members of the EARCOS community, including retired educators and administrators, who wish to maintain an ongoing professional connection with the Association.
If you are applying on behalf of a school, we encourage you to first review the eligibility requirements for Regular School Membership which is the preferred membership option for eligible schools and provides benefits for the entire school community.
For schools that do not currently qualify for Regular School Membership, the Head of School may apply for Individual Membership. To ensure equitable access and maintain the distinction between institutional and individual membership, only one (1) Individual Membership is permitted per organization.
Other employees or representatives of non-member schools are welcome to participate in EARCOS conferences, events, and professional learning opportunities by registering as Non-Members. As many EARCOS conferences and events reach capacity, priority registration is provided to members, and non-member registrations are confirmed only if space remains available following the member registration period.
The Executive Director shall determine eligibility for Individual Membership and may approve exceptions in circumstances consistent with the mission and objectives of EARCOS.
Annual membership fee: U.S. $220.00
